Duration
The whole appointment is usually 30 - 45 minutes, with the actual procedure being 5 - 10 minutes.
Longevity
Results from the treatment usually starts to show after a few days, with full effects visible at around 2 weeks. Effects tend to last around 3 to 4 months. After this time, muscles typically resume their normal activity.
Procedure
After a short assessment, small injections of neurotoxin are placed into the desired muscles. These can be slightly uncomfortable but generally no numbing is needed!
Downtime
There is very minimal downtime with this treatment. You may have small raised blebs on the surface of your skin initially, but these settle their own within 30-60 minutes.
